CHARACTERISTICS
Derived from the cultivar Frantoio, its an extra virgin olive oil of a slightly bitter and spicy taste, with an intense fruityness and characteristic artichoke aroma and of a meadow green colour.
It goes well with pulses, red meats, etc.
