CHARACTERISTICS
Coming from the main Apulia variety, it's an extra virgin olive oil with a decidedly bitter taste with hints of spicyeness, with a just pressed green olive friutyness and of a intense green colour with golden highlights.
Great for use in order to exalt poor dishes from the Mediterranean cuisine.
MILLING METHOD
By cold pressing and centrifuge.
