CHARACTERISTICS
It is an extra virgin olive oil that has a slightly spicy taste with hints of bitterness (synonymous of freshness), with a delicate fruityness and with fruit scents (apple), of a yellow colour with greeny highlights.
It goes well with any dish from the millenial Mediterranean cuisine.
MILLING METHOD By cold pressing and centrifuge.
