CHARACTERISTICS
The olive trees used for the production of organic olive oil are grown fully respecting nature.
For the nutrition of the olive tree it is possible to use only fertilizers of an organic nature. The treatment used for this system is entrusted to the natural enemies (animal and plant parasites) and to natural extracts with an insecticide function.
The control body to whom the oil press avails itself is the ICEA.
