D’ERCHIE – EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OILS FROM 3 GENERATIONS
The history of our olive oil is the story of our family.
Making oil was a vocation handed down from father to son, we are oilmillers since 1932 when my grandfather Ciro D’Erchie in Montemesola, looking over the Gulf of Taranto, founded his first underground oil mill tying forever our family at the service of this land and its trees. With my father Cosimo, the adventurer choice of my grandfather, turns into a business reality more oriented to market dynamics, however, remains confined to the local reality.
The third generation of oil millers continues with me, Ciro D’Erchie. I wanted to live up to the commitment and passion of my family by investing in the most avant-garde technologies supporting the entire production chain. I wanted to introduce our extra virgin olive oil in to the world so Apulia, the excellence of our oil and the work of my grandfather and my father before then walked with me towards a future increasingly present today.
